In Bangkok, the quiet presence of plants often shaped the atmosphere of my days— soft, steady, and quietly welcoming. Among them, a phalaenopsis orchid placed in the lobby of The Sukosol Hotel caught my attention with its gentle strength. In Thailand, orchids are seen as symbols of grace and warm hospitality, and this piece became my way of translating that quiet sense of welcome I often felt while living in the city.
